YOGA

Hatha Yoga  & mindful movement

In my yoga classes I invite you to practice slowly and mindful, allowing yourself to dive into a meditative moving inner journey. I include Pranayama (breath work),  meditation, and Body Mind Centering® as inspirational sources and part of the practice.

We hold the asanas (yoga positions) for longer periods to sense, feel and experience the effects of each position on the physical and subtle level.

Bringing awareness to our physical body systems (like bones, muscles, organs, skin, fluids…), we will also open up access to the energy centers getting to know their qualities, welcoming balance and presence.

Yoga gives us the opportunity to turn inward to discover and remember a place of peace and stillness, which is the source of (our) being.

I invite you to find this place through a deeper connection to your breath and body – and to let this awareness permeate your life on and off the mat.

VOICE & MOVEMENT

Experiencing your embodied Voice.

The Voice is a powerful tool for healing and expression. I work from a soft place: it is not about forcing the voice to do anything – the Voice already knows everything.

In these explorations I propose to detach the Voice from the idea of it serving just as a tool for speaking, we want to experience the voice as inscribed into the body, as an inspiring element and a movement generating force. You will be invited to entrust and surrender with the Voice and Body, to embody strength and vulnerability, allowing the presence of intimacy. You will move, shake, perceive and resonate with spaces in and out, bodywork and journey

Many of the tools I propose in these sessions are practices which I gratefully got to know  through “The World is Sound”in Berlin, an artistic program for Voice and Performance run by  Alessio Castellacci and Irena Tomazin.

This work can be done either via one to one sessions or collectively within a group.
