Tantric Hatha Yoga

In my yoga classes I invite you to practice slowly and mindful, allowing yourself to dive into a meditative inner journey.

We hold the Asanas (yoga positions) for longer periods to feel and reflect on the effects of each position on the physical and subtle level. Bringing awareness to our physical body system( cells, bones, structures, fluids) , we will also open up the access to the different energycenters, getting to know their qualities, bringing balance into our life.

To round off the practice we will practice basic techniques of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation. Yoga gives us the opportunity to turn inward to discover a place of peace and stillness.  I invite you to find this place through a deeper connection to your body and to let this awareness permeate your life on and off the mat.




Connecting with oneself through dance, yoga, movement, touch and voice gives us a key to feel ourselves, to calm down, giving a sense of security and home.

The body is a palace where you can come back to at any moment. If you are more in your body, you are more in your center and it allows you to yield into life, relationships and in your heart space.

My wish is to accompany you, to find your personal key to this palace of infinite wonders, inspiring you to live in an embodied way.

The exploration sessions content various approaches, also depending on the needs of participants and proposal of each research session.
