I accompany people, grounded in five years of osteopathic training (D.O.) and extensive clinical experience in osteopathy, occupational therapy, yoga and dance. The focus of osteopathic treatment is the whole organism, with the aim of finding the cause of complaints, not just relieving symptoms.

MY APPROACH
I believe in the intelligence of the body, in its capacity to regulate itself and return to balance. This conviction is at the heart of the name WisdomSoma: Wisdom = wisdom, Soma = body.
I work manually and holistically. Complaints rarely arise in isolation, they are often the expression of complex interactions between all body systems, always in the context of your individual history, experiences and environment. I trace these patterns and offer the body impulses, so that its self-regulation can flow again. To deepen my work, I am currently training in Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) .
