Hatha Yoga & mindful movement
In my yoga classes I invite you to practice slowly and mindful, allowing yourself to dive into a meditative moving inner journey. I include Pranayama (breath work), meditation, traditional tantric teachings and Body Mind Centering® as inspirational sources and part of the practice.
We hold the asanas (yoga positions) for longer periods to sense, feel and experience the effects of each position on the physical and subtle level.
Bringing awareness to our physical body systems (like bones, muscles, organs, skin, fluids…), we will also open up the access to the energy centers (chakras) getting to know their qualities, welcoming balance and presence.
Yoga gives us the opportunity to turn inward to discover and remember a place of peace and stillness, which is the source of (our) being.
I invite you to find this place through a deeper connection to your breath and body – and to let this awareness permeate your life on and off the mat.
